Soul of the Fanatic

This is a piece I made for a Dark Souls fan art contest. I put a lot of thought into the composition and layered imagery. I picked key characters that I think tell a succinct version of the DS trilogy. There's more characters I would've liked to include but in the interest of preserving proper breathing space, I fought the urge. From Gwyn to Gael or visa versa it all is partially told as pieces to the bigger picture, which is reminiscent of the new painted world at the end of the last DLC. Plus, when I look at it from far away and un-focus my eyes, I see a wicked cool skull face in white clothes. DO you guys see it too?
